This October, and after an extensive marketing and research campaign featuring the Wolfman, Frankenstein, Dracula and various goblins and ghouls, the Village of Hobart becomes the Village of Hobart Hollows!
We can’t wait to see your costumes, pumpkins, and all the magical Halloween fun happening right here in our community.

NEW! Your quarterly utility bill is also now available in your online PAYA account. Here is how to view your bill online:
1. Navigate to the payment portal: Go to hobartwi.gov/pay-online and click "Log In" under "Utility Payments" to access the Nuvei Citizen Portal-PAYA.
2. Log into your account: Enter your email address and password to sign in.
3. View your bill: From the account dashboard, locate the section for "Recent Bills & Payments" to find your latest quarterly utility bill and in “Options ⁝ ” select "View PDF".
